| I have finals a week earlier than rest of Tritons.. I had one on Wednesday. I have a lab report due and another final tomorrow. I feel jittery from sleep deprivation and repeated caffeine consumption.
After tomorrow... I am gonna hibernate....and then party by myself during finals week... while everyone else is studying their butt off. har har

| I should be working on a lab report since it's due in 2 days... but I'm going to forget about that for now.
Who said senior year is going to be chill??? If I find such person... I'm gonna kick him/her real hard.
I'm taking a molecular biology lab, a Korean class, and I'm TAing for the low div biology class. I seriously thought this quarter is going to be easy... but oh man I was so wrong.
Bio lab... takes away chunks of my time, but that's expected. I have this class from 8am to 1pm every Monday and Wednesday. But compared to biochem technique lab, it's by far more chill and the lab report's not so rigorous... so I like it. Molecular bio is one of my favorite bio... (yes nerdy. shut up).
Korean class... now, you may say why the heck am I taking a Korean class? Let me tell you, I actually need to study hard to do well in this class. They teach high school level Korean, and I only received up to 5th grade education in Korea. I may speak and understand Korean very well, but my grammar and vocab level are not quite up there... and they make us memorize all the 속담 and 고사성어. They're pretty hard.
TA... I realize I actually enjoy teaching. The class is for non-science majors so I don't really need to study too much. But there's still a lot of preparations need to be done to lead a section. Students had a midterm last thursday, and grading their exams took around 10 hrs. yup... time killer...damn. Besides that, it's a great way to get closer to the professor... so I'm really enjoying this.
Being a CCM core member is quite challenging... but I love it so much. It's serving God and others in whole new level... and I love my fellow core members. Even though I'm the only girl... I think the team is bonding quite well in pretty deep level. Yes all the meetings are time consuming, but I never think of them as "waste of time".
I know it's kind of early to talk about post-college life (or... is it?) but I think about my future everyday. I'm slowly narrowing down which optometry schools to apply to... and honestly, I want to go to east coast more and more. My parents are definitely against it. They want me to go to SCCO (in fullerton) because of close proximity. But even if I go to SCCO, i'd have to move out anyway (i confirmed that w/ one of the faculties there). If that's the case, I'd rather challenge myself and go far away. For now, NECO (in Boston) is one of my top choices because they offer so many international programs and clinical rotations all over the country. The downside is, NECO is one of the most expensive optomestry schools out there. and Boston is a pretty expensive place to live in. Bummer... I'll be in crazy debt by the time i graduate opt school... but optometrist have really high starting income anyway.
I was initially planning on taking OAT last summer. I posponed to December... but I'm going to pospone again to spring. I have no time to study for OAT right now. I'll be a part-time study during spring quarter... so it should work out.
My prayer is that I wouldn't leave God out of the picture when planning for my future. I tend to be a control freak and need to plan everything out... I need to be constantly reminded that God is in full control of my life.

| So... update on previous card fraud...
I was trying to make a small payment using my CREDIT card (it's by Korean Air Sky Pass. my debit is WaMu).... but the transaction wouldn't go through. I called my dad this morning and he told me that he paid the bill on September 2nd. So I called Sky Pass... and apparently, same people who stole $400 using my debit stole additional $500 using my credit card information!!!! The method they used was the same: Friday Sept 5th... at Sam's Club in Las Vegas. They used my credit info 5 times and took $100 each time. I was SO SHOCKED. I don't know how that happened because I never lost my cards and I didn't make any online transaction recently. Anyways, Sky Pass thought those transactions were weird too. They're going to send me new credit card in couple of days...and thankfully, they'll cancel those $500 and overdraft fee from my credit. But I still need to fill out the statement of fraud and send it.... or they'd charge me all that money.
I'm so frustrated and scared at the same time because I don't know how those ppl got my card informations. People can't be trusted. AT ALL.
and.. I'm REALLY BROKE.

| Yesterday I went to WaMu to make $512 deposit... thinking " I should have around $700 in my bank account"... I get the receipt and it said I only have $61 in my account. I didn't want to drive all the way back to my house in Norwalk (I had to stay in Cerritos area to give my brother a ride) so I went to Cerritos Library to check my transaction history online. Surprisingly, someone got my debit card info and jacked $400 from me. On September 5th, someone somehow used my debit to spend $100 four times.... They were all used at Sams Club or Sams gas station. Funny thing is, first transaction was made at Sams Club in LAS VEGAS (WTH). 2nd time was at Sams Club in LB... and both 3rd and 4th time was at Sams gas station in LB. I paused and tried to remember where I was on Sept 5th Friday. I went to a hospital (SD) to volunteer. I drove to Hillcrest (SD) to get TB test done. I stayed in my SD apt for rest of the day... and I drove to Norwalk home. I NEVER EVER go to Sams Club in LB..and I never get gas at Sams. Because of those transactions, my account went minus, so WaMu charged me overdraft fee of $33... so I lost total of $433.  I called the bank to let them know that those transactions are fraud...and I wasn't even near NV or LB that day. According to my online trans. history, those payments were made w/o using my PIN number... WTF I didn't even think that was possible. WaMu cancelled my current debit card... they are going to send me new one in couple of days. Also, they're going to mail me this paperwork I need to fill out... so they could investigate on it. If they determine I never made those transactions, they'd give $433 back to me. If they decide I made those payments (I pray to God that wouldn't be the case)... then I don't get anything back.They told me that the papers will be sent to me in couple of days... and the investigation will take about 6-8 weeks. Basically, I can't do anything but suck my thumb for around 3 months. I'm SO frustrated....and I'm awed by the skillz ppl have to jack other ppl's money.... bastards.
...I'm broke...totally got screwed over... and there's a high possibility of me going back to Cerritos next weekend to take care of paperworks... damm... I'm so angry
